Fit Foodz Cafe has some EXCITING NEWS! On October 23, 2015 we are teaming up with “Publix” Aprons cooking school AGAIN!!!

The Publix Apron Cooking School will host cooking demonstrations featuring some of Fit Foodz Cafe’s healthy and delicious menu item favorites for the Holiday season!!!

Don’t miss our private event from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the school with Fit Foodz Cafe. This exclusive event will include a cooking demonstration, wine pairing for each course and offer tips on healthy eating in addition to enjoying everything that is prepared right before your eyes.

The class is $40 per person but remember it is a first come first serve basis. If we fill up quickly we will have a waiting list…..so DON’T DELAY!!!
