Fit Foodz Café – Simple + Strong Meal Plan

STAY TUNED FOR THE UPCOMING MENU AND HOW TO ORDER!

How it works:
• Meals are ordered weekly
• $12 per meal
• 10-meal minimum per order (customers may always purchase more)
• Orders must be submitted by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon)
• Pickup is Saturday only, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Fresh, ready-to-go meals — no cooking, no prep

Menu variety & flexibility:
• Monthly rotating menu with the ability to change selections weekly
• Choose a more structured, lean protein/carb/veggie combo menu
• Or choose more variety + flavor with Fit Foodz favorites and highlighted dishes from our everyday menu
• All meals are macro-balanced and clearly labeled

Packaging, storage & portions:
• Each meal is served in a 24 oz container
• Containers are microwavable & freezer safe
• We recommend refrigerating the meals you’ll eat first and freezing the rest for maximum freshness

• No optional add-ons
• Weekly specials are included
• Meal plans are non-refundable once ordered online
• No refunds for missed or forgotten pickups
• No contracts — order weekly as needed
